First Advanced Unit Leaders Training Course was held from 20th - 27th August 1988 (conducted at Kuda Bandos by the World Scout Bureau's Asia- Pacific Regional Training Team with Mr.J.P Silverstre, Regional Executive Commissioner and Executive Secretary of the World Bureau, Asia Pacific Region as the Course Leader)
