Submission Guidelines
Before submitting materials
- If you have many files, upload photographs, videos, documents, or related archive materials to a Google Drive folder before submitting this form.
- Set the Google Drive sharing permission to “Anyone with the link can view”, or give access to project.digiarchive@gmail.com.
- For a single photo, a few photos, or a short video, you may submit your details first and send the files by WhatsApp to 7567899 with your tracking code.
- If the photo/video was already posted on Instagram and should be preserved in the Photo Archive, paste the Instagram post link or mention it in the notes.
- Organize details clearly where possible, using names, dates, locations, event details, or notes that help explain the material.
- Only submit content you own or have permission to share.
- Archive administrators may review and verify submissions before publishing.
